The map

The menu is available in our restaurant, on a slate. You'll find 3-4 starters, 3-4 main courses, and 3-4 desserts, enough to satisfy all your cravings and appetites.

The menu generally includes: ribeye steak and fries, lamb shank confit with thyme and honey, slow-cooked filet mignon, cuttlefish with parsley and garlic, prawns flambéed with Ricard, octopus tagliatelle with squid ink, crème catalane, tiramisu, floating island, chocolate fondant, pear winemaker's sauce, Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce), Irish coffee, and many more.

The picnic basket

Have you planned a hike the day after your stay in our holiday rentals with restaurant in the Aude region? We've thought of everything. We offer a picnic basket.

For €10 per person, your picnic basket will include a sandwich in a half-baguette, a piece of fruit, and a sweet snack.

Breakfast

Every morning, we invite you to wake up to the delightful aroma of our continental breakfast. Breakfast is priced at €12 per person. It includes pastries and fresh bread, fruit salad, butter, jam, honey, as well as a selection of fruit juices and hot beverages.

The animations

In August, we are organizing three events. These could include a concert, a hypnosis evening, or another event that will delight both children and adults.
