In the heart of the Aude region, just steps from the center of the village of Tuchan, the Relais d’Aguilar stands proudly and welcomes you on any occasion, whether you visit us as a group, with family, or with friends.
We are the perfect address for groups of motorcyclists, cyclists, and hikers, for hosting your family or business gatherings, and also for your solo getaways.
You can book a quiet seasonal rental in the Aude and/or organize your group stays, every year from the beginning of March to the beginning of November. The restaurant is open from the end of April to the end of October. Treat yourself to a wonderful moment of conviviality and simplicity at the Relais d’Aguilar!
James and Véronique – your hosts
James is Irish, and he and Véronique used to live in Ireland. But in 2015, they decided to change their professional lives. They then fell in love with the Relais d’Aguilar.
They do everything they can to offer you a calm and peaceful stay. Living on-site, your hosts foster a friendly and family atmosphere.

The reception desk
At the entrance to the Relais d’Aguilar, in the restaurant, you will find the reception desk. You will meet your hosts there during opening hours.
James and Véronique know the region perfectly and will be able to recommend all the best places in the area.
Your hosts will answer all your questions in French and English.
The magnificent park
Our family vacation rentals in the Aude region are located on a 2-hectare park in the heart of the Corbières. Nature is everywhere. Centuries-old olive trees, brightly colored mimosas, and fragrant eucalyptus trees coexist in the park. On-site, you'll find two tennis courts, a multi-sports court, and a ping-pong table. Remember to bring your own equipment.
The different types of accommodation
The 5 chalets and 14 pitches are located on a former olive grove. The 13 cottages, small houses, are surrounded by mimosa and eucalyptus trees. 3 bedrooms are also available for rent.
